Low-ticket accessory returns are handled according to the supplier, warranty, and product condition.
Before any return is accepted, S.E.T. may require:
- Order number.
- Photos or video of the product issue.
- Packaging condition.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Supplier approval where the item is supplier-fulfilled.
Installed solar systems, custom-ordered equipment, batteries, inverters, panels, and special-order products may not be returnable once ordered, shipped, installed, or customized unless the written quote or warranty terms say otherwise.
